TriGov shall be a symbol & foundation of sensible camaraderie, proper values, and well-coordination between its alumni/elders and/or resident members of TΓΦ/TΓΣ under the guidance of the Tenets and Code of Conduct, By-Laws, and Principles & Values of the Fraternity/Sorority.
The TriGov shall advocate, supports, and upkeep any activity, interest, and endeavor in its members that are in line with the Tenets and Codes of Conduct.
Triskelion in Government Bataan (TRIGOV Bataan) was established through the vision, dedication, and leadership of Bro. Sahwan Guzman, who recognized the need to unite Triskelion Brothers and Sisters serving in various government agencies throughout the Province of Bataan. Driven by this purpose, he actively reached out to fellow government employees and encouraged them to become part of a unified organization founded on the principles of brotherhood, leadership, and public service.
As more Brothers and Sisters expressed their commitment to join the organization, the foundation of TRIGOV Bataan steadily took shape. This collective support paved the way for the successful conduct of its First Induction Ceremony on September 28, 2024, marking the official beginning of the organization in the province.
In preparation for its establishment, Bro. Engers Magsino and Bro. Conrad De Dios worked closely with Bro. Sahwan Guzman, providing valuable assistance in organizing, coordinating, and establishing the structure of TRIGOV Bataan. Their combined efforts, commitment, and dedication played a significant role in transforming the vision of a provincial Triskelion in Government organization into reality.
To commemorate this important milestone, representatives from the Triskelion in Government National were invited to witness the historic event and conduct an orientation for the founding members. The orientation introduced the organization's mission, vision, objectives, and operational guidelines, ensuring that TRIGOV Bataan was established in accordance with the standards, principles, and direction of the national organization.
The establishment of TRIGOV Bataan stands as a testament to the unity, cooperation, and unwavering commitment of Triskelion government servants who share a common mission—to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood while promoting excellence, integrity, and dedicated public service throughout the Province of Bataan.
